The Kimmelux glass break detector triggers an alarm the moment the glass is struck or broken. The glass alarm can be routed to an agreed monitoring point or device, or set to trigger locally.
The glass alarm works using a current sensor built into the glass, which does not trigger false alarms from glass vibrations. The alarm is only triggered when the glass surface is broken. The Kimmelux glass alarm has been proven reliable in both testing and real-world use.
The Kimmelux glass alarm can be built into almost any type of glass, regardless of the glass size or shape. Glass fitted with an alarm is indistinguishable from other window glass from the outside.
